At Monique's Hair Diaries, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Hair Salon. ARRIVAL TIME- Please arrive to your appointment at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time to ensure that we keep on schedule.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY- If you are more than 15 minutes late a late fee of $15.00 will be charged and one dollar will be added after every minute. If you arrive 30 minutes late a late fee of $30.00 will be charged. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may require that the appointment be rescheduled, cancelled or an additional fee of $50 will be charged. All funds must be paid before your service begins. If you are going to be late please reach out before your appointment time. If your appointment is at 8am, you will know by 7:50 am that you are going to be late. You should not be messaging at 8am to let me know you will be 30 minutes late.

PAYMENT POLICY- A 50% non- refundable deposit is required within 4-7 days of booking depending on your standing and the remainder of money is to be paid on the day of your appointment. Failure to pay deposit will result in your appointment being cancelled.

REFUND POLICY- Due to the nature of our business there are no refunds. If you are unsatisfied with any service please contact us and we would see how best we can deal with the situation.

ETIQUETTE- In order to maintain a stress free environment it is asked that you keep your head in the required position so that your hair can be done correctly. If using your cellular phone would affect this it is asked that you do not use your phone while getting your hair done.

please DO NOT come to your appointment with your hair wet or drenched in moisturizer. anyone that disobeys this rule will be charged an additional fee of $20.00 or your appointment may be cancelled.

NO SHOW POLICY - Appointments must be cancelled atleast 48 hrs before the scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled without a minimum of 48 hrs notice will result in that person not being able to book another appointment with us. For customers that book an appointment and do not show up to their appoinmement and don't bother to cancel will not be able to book another appointment with us.
