If you are more than 15 minutes late a late fee of $15 will be charged. If you arrive 30 minutes late a late fee of $30.00 will be charged. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may require that the appointment be rescheduled or cancelled

Payment Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 4 days of booking for all new clients and within 1 week of booking for regular clients. The remainder of money is to be paid on the day of your appointment. Failure to pay deposit will result in your appointment being cancelled. This payment can be dropped off or paid via CIBC First Caribbean online banking

If you have a first caribbean account you can pay your outstanding balance via online trasfer.
